TIERRA/ EARTH 

La tierra representa alimento, anclaje y estabilidad. Esta sesión está dedicada a los alimentos ancestrales y las hierbas curativas. En esta sesión aprenderán cómo los remedios tradicionales pueden apoyar el bienestar físico y emocional.

Nuestros parientes vegetales llevan más tiempo en este planeta que los humanos. Las plantas saben cómo sobrevivir condiciones duras y quieren compartir sus conocimientos con nosotros. Están aquí como aliados para apoyar y equilibrar diversas emociones que todos sentiremos en algún momento de nuestra vida. Permite que estos remedios ancestrales entren en tu vida para que puedan sanar y ayudar.

The earth represents nourishment, anchorage, and stability. This session is dedicated to ancestral foods and healing herbs. In this session you will learn how traditional remedies can support physical and emotional well-being.

Our plant relatives have been on this planet longer than humans. Plants know how to survive harsh conditions and want to share their knowledge with us. They are here as allies to support and balance various emotions that we will all feel at some point in our lives. Allow these ancient remedies into your life so they can heal and help.
